The purpose of this Sources Sought is to identify qualified resources capable of providing Heating Ventilation and Air Control (HVAC) spare parts for ongoing routine maintenance. The primary NAICS Code is 423730 - Warm air heating and air-conditioning equipment and supplies merchant wholesalers. Background: The Department of State procures HVAC and control equipment spare parts for customers around the world. Typical components purchased are parts to be replaced or repaired in the field; parts include, but are not limited to: temperature actuated thermostatic units; chillers; boilers; heat pumps; air handling equipment; hot and chilled water pumping system; condensers; variable frequency drives; air flow filters; etc. These installed units consist of a variety of original equipment manufacturers (OEMs) to include: - Carrier - York - Johnson Controls - Trane - Honeywell - Talon - Multistack - McQuay - Siemens - Taco - Rheem - Predator - Hitachi - Airdale - International Environmental Corporation - Arctichill - Baldor Motors - Liebert - McLean Midwest - Modine - Airwell - Mitsubishi - Goodman - LG - Flowserve - Fujitsu - Marathon - Evapco - Bell & Gossett - Wilo Pumps - Armstrong Pumps Due to the global nature of our mission, customers have different voltage and frequency requirements, e.g., 110-120V; 220-240V; 50Hz; 60Hz; and 1P to 3P. We are seeking to identify suppliers who have inventory or have the capability to source these HVAC-related items with consideration to the different voltages and frequencies for the various OEMs. It is anticipated that in certain situations extended lead times may be required. Suppliers will not perform installation or maintenance services; purchases will be for commodity items only. Suppliers will be responsible to deliver Orders domestically to a Department of State facility in the United States. Interested firms should complete the attached spreadsheet titled "HVAC RFI Supplier Matrix". Tab-1 Worksheet "Corporate Information" provide: 1) Legal Business Name and Address; 2) Phone and fax numbers; 3); DUNS Number 4) Point(s) of contact; 5) POCs email address; 6) Identify firm's applicable socio-economic status; and 7) Confirmation of SAM.gov registration. Complete Tab-2 Worksheet "HVAC Matrix" to identify the OEMs your firm can source. Each cell should be filled with "X" to affirm capability or "N/A" to identify not applicable. To identify other HVAC OEMs your firm can obtain, add to the existing line in Column A and complete the column cells B-E. One-page capability or line card is acceptable.
