AMENDMENT TO RESPONSE DEADLINE CLOSING TIME: Please disregard the Ariba Discovery posting response deadline closing time. All required supporting documentation and bid submission must be submitted by April 4, 2023 at 2:00pm EST. All bids submitted after will be declared non-responsive.

This procurement contains a mandatory security requirement. At bid closing, the Bidder must hold a valid Designated Organization Screening (DOS) at the reliability status level. Failure to comply with this requirement will render the Bid non-compliant and no further consideration will be given to the Bid.
There will be a site visit on March 20 at 10:00am. Bidders are to meet at the above address. Free parking on site in designated visitor spaces on North side of building. Required safety attire includes: PPE and safety boots. Reliability security required for building access.
