Full Description

Requirement is for 1 each High Velocity Oxygen Fuel cell which will be used specifically to apply coatings to jet engine components using the High Velocity Oxygen Fuel (HVOF) process. Requirement is for the design, delivery and installation of the HVOF booth in accordance with furnished Statement of Work. This is a sole source requirement for Sulzer Metco DJC HVOF System, M16i/C robots, 9HL turntables, acoustical rooms 12' x 14' x 12'4" high with video systems, control room, SME 36-95 dust collectors, engineering, documentation and project management. Start-up and calibration and turnkey installation. Sulzer-Metco, Westbury, NY. Statement of work will be furnished as part of the solicitation package. Solicitation will issue on or about 01May2008 and close on or about 21May2008. The complete solicitation package will be available on FedBizOpps on or about 01May2008. Simplified Acquisition Procedures will be utilized for this commercial acquisition, FOB destination pricing is requested.
