Hydraulic Actuator in support of the RQ-4 Global Hawk program

The U.S. government intends to sole-source the purchase of three hydraulic actuators, part number 23090159 and NSN 2840-01-599-5466TM, exclusively from Rolls-Royce Corporation, CAGE 63005, in support of the RQ-4 Global Hawk program. This action is justified under RFO 6.103-1, which permits sole-source procurement when only one responsible source exists and no other supplies or services can meet the agency’s requirements. The contract award is expected to be made within 120 days of the solicitation’s issuance, with delivery required upon award.
