Hydraulic Very High Cycle Fatigue Testing of AM GRCop-42 and 718

NASA/NSSC is procuring Hydraulic Very High Cycle Fatigue Testing for additively manufactured GRCop-42 and Alloy 718 under a sole source contract authorized by FAR 12.102(a), with PRODUCT EVALUATION SYSTEMS identified as the sole provider of this specialized service. The work will be performed at the contractor’s facility, with all machining and testing required to be conducted onsite and no subcontracting permitted without prior NASA approval.
