Full Description

The purpose of this amdendment is to answer questions asked by vendors. All other terms and conditions remain unchanged. Why should 24 platelet samples require 48 digestions and 6-batches of 8-Plex assays. Unless there are some missing information we believe that 24 platelet samples should require 24 digestions and 3 batches of 8-Plex assays? USUHS is planning to submit 24 samples to be read in DUPLICATE (24x2=48). That was an oversight not to spell out the number of TECHNICAL REPLICAS. As for the digestion it is the total number of samples that will be analyzed (6x 8plex = 48 digests)
