The proposed contract action is for commercial supplies for which the Government intends to solicit and negotiate with only one source under authority for FAR 13.106-1(b)(1). Interested persons may identify their interest and capability to respond to the requirement. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals. However, the Government will consider all responses received within ten days after date of publication of this notice of intent. A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed contract action is solely within the discretion of the Government. Information received will normally be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement. IBISWorld, Inc.is considered the supplier who can provide IBISWorld annual licenses. IBISWorld content is the only item that will meet the needs of the National Defense University because it is faculty-selected required readings that are part of an established curriculum. This software is specifically taught in the courses and students cannot complete the course without using it as references. The applicable North American Industry Classification Systems (NAICS) Code is 334614.
