This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. Request for Quotation (RFQ) number is N66604-15-Q-1657. This requirement is unrestricted. NAICS Code is 334413, Size standard is 500 employees. NUWC Division Newport intends to purchase the following items: (1) 40 IBM 8HP Integrated Circuits on die area of 6.25 mm^2 (Lot Size = 40); one (1) lot each; and (2) 40 IBM 8HP Integrated Circuits on die area of 2.25 mm^2 (Lot Size = 40); two (2) lots each. IBM is the specific sole make and model for these parts that must be used in order to exactly match the proprietary IBM layout layers and design rules that exist in the existing Graphics Database System.
