Full Description

This procurement is being solicited as an Indefinite Delivery Purchase Order (IDPO) as unrestricted. Solicitation SPM300-12-X-0028 is designed to place market ready ice cream items all fully competitive, on contract(s) for various customers in Southern Texas. Contract performance is expected to be from September 30, 2012 to September 27, 2014. The resultant award will be issued as an Indefinite Delivery Purchase Order (IDPO) not to exceed 2 years or $150,000 aggregate value, whichever occurs first. Prices quoted shall remain valid and fixed for the entire period of performance. The resultant contract will be made based on the lowest evaluated aggregate price. The offeror must meet all terms and conditions of the solicitation. If an offeror takes any exception to the terms and conditions of the solicitation, its offer may be excluded from consideration for award. Anticipated solicitation issuance date is June 29, 2012.
