The Naval Air Systems Command (NAVAIR) plans to issue a delivery order under Basic Ordering Agreement N00019-07-G-0008 with Bell-Boeing for non-recurring engineering efforts related to enhanced ice protection systems for the MV-22 and CV-22 aircraft fleets.
