Description: U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) seeks to lease the following space: State: Pennsylvania City: Borough of Luzerne County Delineated Area: North Boundary - Intersection of U.S. Route 11and Main St (Dupont) eastbound to the intersection of Suscon Rd and Interstate 81 (Pittston), East Boundary - Interstate 81, South Boundary - Intersection of Interstate 81 and Pennsylvania Route 309 westbound to the intersection of Pennsylvania Route 309 and U.S. Route 11, West boundary - U.S. Route 11. (See attached map) Minimum Sq. Ft. (ABOA): 1,700 Maximum Sq. Ft. (ABOA): 2,000 Space Type: Office and related Parking Spaces (Total): 11 Parking Spaces (Surface): 11 Parking Spaces (Structured): 0 Parking Spaces (Reserved): 0 Full Term: 5 years Firm Term: 3 years Option Term: 2 years Additional Requirements: The space will include a secure reception, open office space, private office, interview/conference room, break room, file room, and server room.
