The Department of the Navy (DoN) intends to negotiate a one-time sole source contract with AMO SALES AND SERVICE, INC 1700e St Andrew Place, Santa Ana, CA 92705 US the sole source provider for the IDESIGN ADVANCED WAVESCAN STUDIO SYSTEM that meets DON's requirements. The Government intends to negotiate with only one source under the authority of FAR 13.106 (b)(1)(i). This notice will be distributed solely through the General Services Administration's Federal Business Opportunities (FBO) Website (www.fbo.gov). Interested parties are responsible for monitoring the FBO site to ensure they have the most up-to-date information about this acquisition. The North American Classification System Code is 339112, the size standard is 1000 employees. Based on market research conducted and contacts made with knowledgeable individuals within the government it has been determined DON's requirement can only be provided by AMO SALES AND SERVICES, INC. as they are the sole authority authorized to provide these supplies.
