IDIQ Definitive Contract for Seismic Reflection Data Along with data from drilling well logs; seismic reflection data are the primary source of subsurface information used by multiple projects across the program portfolio. This IDIQ Definitive Contract allows the purchase of 2D multichannel seismic reflection data which are used to inform energy resource assessments; including those for oil and gas; geologic hydrogen; and carbon storage and sequestration; when funding is available. Due to the high price of these data; they are only purchased for work where understanding subsurface geometries is critical for evaluating energy resources. These seismic data will be used by projects that work in support of Executive and Secretary’s Orders ;EO 14153; EO14154; EO14156; SO3417; SO3418; SO3422; focused on achieving American energy dominance.
