"Notice to Offerors: Funds are not presently available for this project. No award will be made under this solicitation until funds are available. In the event the Government cancels this solicitation, the Government has no obligation to reimburse an offeror for any costs." This synopsis is notification of sole-source award should funding become available. The contractor shall provide all labor, equipment, supervision, management, and facilities necessary to upgrade the IDS5 DATIS system services for Mountain Home AFB, Idaho. The period of performance will be from 1 Oct 11-30 Sep 12. This acquisition is a 100% Small Business Set-Aside. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code for this solicitation is 541512 and the small business size standard is $25.0M. The Request for Proposal (RFP) will be issued as a sole-source to Systems Atlanta, Inc. if funding becomes available.
