IFB 2027-006, Union County Cane Creek Park Culvert Replacement

Scope of Work: The project scope of work consists of replacement of a 72-inch corrugated metal pipes (CMP) with dual 90-inch corrugated steel pipes at the park. The work includes furnishing all labor, equipment, supplies, and materials, and performing all operations, including trenching, backfilling, cutting, channeling, chasing and patching necessary for the installation of complete stormwater drainage piping in strict accordance with Division 33 of these specifications, and the applicable drawings, instructions to bidders, general conditions, and Division 01, general requirements. A Non-Mandatory Pre-Bid meeting will be held on September 30, 2026, at 10:00 AM local time at State Rd, 1120 Waxhaw, NC 28173. Attendance at this meeting is strongly encouraged.
