IFB 2027-013A Ag and Event Center Lighting Project

The Ag and Event Center Lighting Project, solicitation IFB 2027-013A, is a lump sum construction contract issued by Union County, North Carolina. The scope of work involves the installation of 24 new LED exterior streetlights along Cultivation Circle, extending from Presson Road to the area surrounding the Simpson Events Center at 307 Cultivation Circle, Monroe, NC. The contractor is responsible for providing all labor, equipment, materials, and permits necessary for the coordination and erection of lighting fixtures and all associated electrical services.
