Submissions are due electronically by 4:00 PM on November 18, 2026, and must adhere to a 50-page limit. Evaluation is based on a weighted analysis of the project team, CMAR experience, project management approach, and resource availability, with potential short-listed firms undergoing a secondary interview process.
