IFB 777 - FARM LEASE 2

The County of Accomack is soliciting bids for the lease of five separate parcels of county-owned land, totaling approximately 72 acres, for the purpose of productive agricultural crop production. The lease term is scheduled from January 1, 2027, through December 31, 2031, with an option to renew for one additional five-year term. The contract will be awarded to the highest responsive and responsible bidder. Qualified entities must be licensed in the Commonwealth of Virginia and possess a valid Accomack County Business License.
