Contractor shall provide all labor, equipment, materials, supplies, and incidentals necessary to provide auction facility and services to Caltrans. Contractor must provide a secure facility in the Southern California region capable of storing vehicles and any self-propelled mobile equipment, such as mowers, forklifts, tractors, etc. The facility must be within 40 miles of Caltrans Division of Equipment (DOE) Shop, located at 320 S Sierra Way, San Bernardino, CA 92408. The facility location shall remain consistent throughout the duration of this Agreement and shall not be subject to change. Refer to the Proposed Form of Agreement, Exhibit A, which is attached to this IFB, for a more complete description of services.
