The Town of Little Elm is seeking bids for Improvements of Cottonwood Sports Complex. The Town of Little Elm prefers electronic offers. Electronic offers must be received through IonWave ONLY. Any required documents may be scanned and uploaded with the electronic offer. Do not email a copy to Town staff directly. Any electronic offers received outside of IonWave will be rejected. BY RESPONDING TO THIS BID, CONTRACTOR AGREES TO ALL REQUIREMENTS CONTAINED WITHIN THE INCLUDED BID DOCUMENTS. Bidders must submit with their bids a bid bond in the amount of five percent (5%), from a reliable Surety Company as guarantee that the Bidder will enter into a contract and execute bond and guarantee forms provided within ten (10) days after notice of award of contract to him.
