Contractor shall provide to the California Department of Transportation (Caltrans) all labor, tools, materials, equipment, parts, travel, and incidentals necessary to provide emergency and routine identification and removal of hazardous waste and materials, including but not limited to, underground storage tanks, containers, drums, and similar items (collectively, ¿hazardous waste and materials¿), discovered within the limits of the State right of way during the term of this Agreement, as described herein. The scope of work specifically does not include identification and removal of hazardous waste and materials caused by or generated at vehicular collisions, accidents, and highway spills. The services shall be performed at various locations throughout Caltrans District 5 Counties: Monterey, San Benito, San Luis Obispo, Santa Barbara, and Santa Cruz. Refer to the Proposed Form of Agreement, Exhibit A, which is attached to this IFB, for a more complete description of services.
