All work shall be in accordance with the terms, conditions, and requirements of this Invitation for Bid (IFB). Bid submissions shall be emailed to PWC@cmd.ca.gov and shall include the Contracting Analyst listed in this IFB as a copied recipient. Prospective bidders MAY attend the OPTIONAL pre-bid job walk on 9/10/2026, at 10:30 AM at Stockton Combined Support Maintenance Shop (CSMS), 8020 S. Airport Way, Stockton, CA 95206.
