All work shall be in accordance with the terms, conditions, and requirements of this Invitation for Bid (IFB). Prospective bidders MAY attend the OPTIONAL pre-bid job walk on 9/10/2026, at 10:30 AM at Stockton Combined Support Maintenance Shop (CSMS), 8020 S. Airport Way, Stockton, CA 95206. Arrive at least 15 minutes early and bring business cards. Failure to arrive at the designated meeting location by the scheduled start time may result in disqualification from submitting a bid. Bidders who do not remain for the entire pre-bid job walk may be considered non-responsive and may not be allowed to bid on this project.
