The Contractor shall provide all materials, labor, bonds, licenses, insurance, equipment, tools, permits, taxes, transportation, and fees to provide Landscape Clean-Up services at the Escondido Armory. All work shall be in accordance with the terms, conditions, and requirements of this Invitation for Bid (IFB). Bid submissions shall be emailed to contact@example.gov and shall include the Contracting Administrator listed in this IFB as a copied recipient. Subject line must include the IFB No. 127743, Landscape Clean-up and Contractor Business Name. Prospective bidders MUST attend the mandatory pre-bid job walk on 4/23/2026, at 11:00 AM at Escondido Armory, 304 East Park Avenue, Escondido, CA 92025.
