The Contractor shall provide all materials, labor, bonds, licenses, insurance, equipment, tools, permits, taxes, transportation, and fees to complete civil pavement execution, repair, and restriping of Lexington Drive and Lot A. All work shall be in accordance with the terms, conditions, and requirements of this Invitation for Bid (IFB). Subject line must include the IFB No. 130792, Joint Forces Training Base Lexington Drive and Lot A Repairs and Contractor Business Name. Prospective bidders MUST attend the mandatory pre-bid job walk on 7/22/2026, at 1:00 PM at Joint Forces Training Base, 11200 Lexington Drive, Los Alamitos, CA 90720.
