State of California IFB No. 132978 Fire Alarm Control Panel (FACP) & System Repair Bldgs. 19 & 56, Joint Forces Training Base Tender # 0000040372 Closing Date : 09/28/2026 at 12:00 PM Contact: Contact: Jordan Bernal Email: jordan.bernal@cmd.ca.gov Details: The Contractor shall provide all materials, labor, bonds, licenses, insurance, equipment, tools, permits, taxes, transportation, and fees to repair, reprogram, integrate, test, and monitor the Fire Alarm Control Panels, emergency lighting, and suppression systems in Buildings 19 and 56, including device replacement, NFPA¿compliant maintenance, cellular monitoring setup, documentation, and training. All work shall be in accordance with the terms, conditions, and requirements of this Invitation for Bid (IFB). Bid submissions shall be emailed to PWC@cmd.ca.gov and shall include the Contracting Administrator listed in this IFB as a copied recipient. Subject line must include the IFB No. 132978, Fire Alarm Control Panel (FACP) & System Repair Bldgs. 19 & 56 and Contractor Business Name. Prospective bidders MUST attend the mandatory pre-bid job walk on 9/21/2026, at 1:00 PM at Joint Forces Training Base, 11200 Lexington Drive, Los Alamitos, CA 90720. Arrive at least 15 minutes early and bring business cards. Failure to arrive at the designated meeting location by the scheduled start time may result in disqualification from submitting a bid. Bidders who do not remain for the entire pre-bid job walk may be considered non-responsive and may not be allowed to bid on this project.
