The Department of Toxic Substances Control is soliciting bids for a three-year contract, running from July 1, 2026, to June 30, 2029, to establish a network of occupational medical care services for its field staff across eight California locations including Berkeley, Clovis, Chatsworth, Cypress, Commerce, Pasadena, El Centro, and San Diego. The solicitation demands strict compliance with confidentiality and data security protocols, prohibiting the use of social security numbers and requiring encrypted electronic storage and secure physical file handling. Bidders must submit detailed resumes for designated key personnel, demonstrate a minimum of five years’ experience delivering similar services in the region, and provide documented bloodborne pathogens and injury prevention programs.
