PennDOT is seeking a contract to provide statewide Quality Assurance and Technical Expertise for the Ignition Interlock Program. The Selected Offeror will be required to conduct site visits to Ignition Interlock installation locations, complete Interlock device testing, provide training to stakeholders, and conduct client data log reviews. The Selected Offeror will be an expert on the Pennsylvania Ignition Interlock Specification and a resource for questions related to the entire Interlock process.THIS SOLICITATION MUST BE VIEWED ON JAGGAER. PROPOSAL SUBMITTALS WILL ONLY BE ACCEPTED ELECTRONICALLY THROUGH JAGGAER. All Offerors are required to create a user profile within our JAGGAER portal.
