This is a Job Order Contract for roofing improvements at the IGSA General Municipal Building, located in the Presidio of Monterey and Ord Military Community. The work involves roof repairs and remediation, removal and replacement of existing roofs, necessary roof preparation, installation of new architecturally similar roof materials, removal and replacement of metal flashing, roof gutters and downspouts, repair of deteriorated roof decking, evaluation and installation of additional roof vents, and all miscellaneous work for a complete new roof installation. The contract term is one year with an annual funding limit of $1,000,000, with an option for two additional one-year extensions, not exceeding a total of three years.
