Managed by the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, Wilmington District, this Indefinite Delivery/Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contract seeks a total integrated solution of non-personal professional services to support both Blue Sky steady-state and Grey Sky emergency or disaster conditions.
