The Treasury Board of Canada Secretariat’s (TBS) Information Management and Technology Department (IMTD) requires IM/IT Research and Advisory Services to support rapid implementation of new and emerging technology by providing strategic, operational and tactical guidance to mitigate risks and accelerate delivery to users. Services through a subscription model must include tailored consultations to enable informed decision-making, policy development, and implementation of best practices across IMTD’s service portfolio. Guided implementation and working alongside our sectors is needed to accelerate data and AI maturity. The work will involve delivering analysis and consultations addressing the distinct needs of executives (Tier 1), middle management (Tier 2), and operational teams (Tier 3). Under this new solicitation, evaluations will be conducted with fairness in accordance with the evaluation criteria and selection methodology defined in the RFP.
