This hardware-only procurement for the FY 2026-27 cycle focuses on Category 2 internal connections and maintenance for Imagine School at Lakewood Ranch. The request covers 24 line items, including switches, firewalls, cabling, antennas, and associated software licenses. The entity is specifically seeking manufacturer-based management and maintenance support, such as security patches and bug fixes, and explicitly excludes on-site installation. Bidders may propose new, off-lease, or refurbished equipment, but must provide a detailed breakdown of eRate C2 eligibility for partially eligible items like firewalls and UPS units. Strict submission guidelines require all initial contact and bids to be sent via email to the designated technical contact, with the school name and 470 number in the subject line. Valid proposals must include the company name, SPIN, contact information, and full SKU or model numbers using the USAC bulk upload template. Bids are contingent upon eRate funding approval and must be submitted within the 28-day bidding window to be considered.
