Imaging/Surgical Table

The Department of Veterans Affairs, through Veterans Integrated Service Network 22, is seeking a Surgical Imaging Table for the Loma Linda VA Healthcare System to support advanced procedures including vascular, electrophysiology, spine, pain management, and gastroenterology/ERCP interventions. The requirement is for the Stille imagiQ3 Imaging/Surgical Table or an equivalent that meets or exceeds all specified salient characteristics, including a true free float 36-inch surface with electro motor operation under 40dB, a low-dose tabletop to reduce radiation exposure, 0.4mm AI precision movement, Trendelenburg positioning up to 25 degrees, Iso-Roll functionality up to 15 degrees, a height range of 26 to 43 inches, an extended 3D imaging area of at least 36 inches, a patient weight capacity of 661 lbs, a standard premium battery providing up to 10 days of power, an integrated service tool for remote diagnostics, a backlit hand control, and one-touch retractable wheels. This procurement is solicited under NAICS code 339113 as a firm-fixed-price contract with no set-aside, and proposals must be submitted by June 29, 2026, at 12:00 PM Eastern Time. All offerors are required to provide their vendor name, address, telephone number, business size, socioeconomic category, UEI number, and authorized distributor status, along with a Buy American Certificate certifying that each end product is a domestic end product unless listed as foreign. The Non-Manufacturer Rule under 13 CFR § 121.406 applies, meaning offerors that are not manufacturers must supply products manufactured by a qualifying small business. Technical compliance is a pass/fail gate, and failure to meet or exceed any specified requirement will result in disqualification.
