IMCOM-E Custodial MATOC On Ramping

The Installation Management Command-Europe is seeking commercial custodial services through a combined synopsis/solicitation for a Multiple Award Task Order Contract (MATOC) under the NAICS code 561720, with a small business size standard of $22.0 million. This acquisition is for full and open competition and is being conducted under FAR Subpart 12.6 to procure janitorial and cleaning services across all U.S. Army Garrisons in Germany, Belgium, Luxembourg, Bulgaria, Romania, and other outlying areas in the European Theater. The contract is structured as an Indefinite Delivery/Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) instrument with a base ordering period of up to 10 years and potential one-year extensions for individual task orders, supported by a maximum contract ceiling of $220 million and a minimum order threshold of €500.
