Ontario Health is seeking a qualified vendor to provide an off-the-shelf learning program that is focused on the science of influence, with a well curated Train-the-Trainer model. The selected vendor will train 2-3 internal facilitators to deliver learning virtually and in-person. The Train-the-Trainer certification will equip internal facilitators to deliver the off-the-shelf training program to lead behavior change, utilizing a multi-source, evidence-based model of influence and developing the knowledge, skills, and attitudes necessary to successfully influence with impact.
