Full Description

The Government currently anticipates a requirement for improved street lighting on Chievres Air Base. Direct supervision by a person with a Category I certificate as specified in the EU regulation (EC) 303/2008 and valid for the Walloon Region area will be required. All work performed under this requirement must conform to Belgium and European Standards, as identified under the Bureau de Normalisation. The solicitation for this requirement is expected to be released on or about 18 August 2017, with an award date on or about 20 September 2017. Only contractors who are registered and have an active account in the System for Award Management (SAM) may be awarded a contract as a result of a solicitation. Payment for this requirement will be made through the Wide Area Work Flow (WAWF) system. Contractors shall be registered in WAWF. Because this requirement is located OCONUS, FAR Part 19 does not apply, therefore this requirement will not be set aside for small business.
