For this acquisition, based upon program priorities and available funding, four basic - Horizontal Compact IECU variants will be produced as follows: 1) 9,000 BTUH, 115 volt, single phase, 50/60 Hertz; 2) 18,000 BTUH, 208 volt, 3 phase, 50/60 Hertz; 3) 18,000-BTUH, 230 volt, single phase, 50/60 Hertz; and, 4) 36,000-BTUH, 208 volt, 3 phase, 50/60 Hertz. The Government plans to award a hybrid, single award indefinite-delivery/indefinite-quantity (IDIQ) contract with firm-fixed-price (FFP), fixed-price economic price adjustment (FP-EPA) and a small percentage of cost reimbursable CLINs, of which any combination will constitute a delivery order. The anticipated ordering period will be a total of ten (10) years. *An amendment is forthcoming to: (1) provide answers to questions asked; (2) change the 10-year total performance to now be a 5-year base and a 5-year ordering period IAW with DFARS 217.204 (e)(i); and, (3) provide extension to the proposal submission date accordingly.
