Full Description

This is a Sources Sought announcement. There is no solicitation available at this time. The 319th Contracting Flight at Grand Forks AFB, ND is conducting market research to determine the existence of certified companies that can complete the construction improvements and repair of the Anti-Terrorism/Force Protection features of the Commercial Gate at Grand Forks Air Force Base, North Dakota. The project includes construction of a brick wall, fencing, lane closing barriers, generator connections, interior and exterior renovations of the exsisting Guard House, drainage improvemenst, and the addition of a parking lot. It is anticipated the period of performance of the resultant contract will be 120 days after receipt of the notice to proceed. A winter no-work period of 1 Nov - 15 Apr shall apply. Updated information will be posted electronically on Federal Business Opportunities as it becomes available. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code is 238990, and the small business size standard is $14M. The government anticipates award of a firm fixed price contract using Performance Price Tradeoff Procedures.
