PAINTING INDEFINITE DELIVERY/INDEFINITE QUANTITY (IDIQ), VARIOUS LOCATIONS AT COMMANDER FLEET ACTIVITIES YOKOSUKA AND ATSUGI, JAPAN



The work to be acquired under this IDIQ is painting construction services at various locations at Commander Fleet Activities Yokosuka (CFAY) and Atsugi, Japan. This contract includes, but is not limited to, repair or replacement work, removal and reinstallation work, ultra-high performance protective coating, and asbestos containing materials (ACM) abatement. Locations of work include U.S. Commander Fleet Activities Yokosuka (CFAY), Ikego Housing Area and Navy Annex, Azuma Storage Area (Hakozaki), Urago Storage Area, Nagai ULM4, Yokohama North Dock, Yokohama Cold Storage, Tsurumi POL Depot, New Sanno, U.S. Forces Center, U.S. Embassy, Tokyo, and the U.S. Atsugi Naval Air Facility in Japan. Work will be accomplished via awarded task orders issued against the basic IDIQ contract. The ordering period is five (5) years commencing on the date of contract award, with no option periods, for a maximum duration of 60 months.
