Enclosed is the Request for Quotations (RFQ) for Independence Day Event Venue and Catering Services.  If you would like to submit a quotation, follow the instructions at the bottom of the RFQ document. Please send the complete documentation requested in the RFQ document, as well as the completed and signed SF-18 form.



The U.S. Government intends to award a contract/purchase order to the responsible company whose quotation represents the best value to the Government, considering both price and non-price evaluation factors as stated in this solicitation. The Government may award a contract/purchase order based on initial quotations, without holding discussions, although discussions may be held with companies in the competitive range if determined necessary.



Quotations are due by 16:00h (CEST) on April 30th, 2026. No quotations will be accepted after this time. Proposals must be in English and incomplete proposals will not be accepted.



Your quotation must be submitted electronically to PodgoricaSolicitations@state.gov. It is important to make sure the submission is made in specific format; in Adobe Acrobat (pdf) file format.



Direct any questions regarding this solicitation in writing and in English exclusively to email PodgoricaSolicitations@state.gov by 16:00h (CEST) on April 15th, 2026. Questions will not be accepted after this time.
