Conducts independent hydrology studies for prime contractors on CIRNAC Specific Claims Branch projects. Analyzes changes to water flow, flooding patterns, and water tables; performs causation analysis to differentiate natural from human-induced activity; and assesses historical upstream and downstream impacts. Utilizes hydrological modeling software, GIS tools, and field monitoring equipment. Requires P.Hydro or P.Eng certification. Delivers Independent Hydrology Study Reports.
