The Texas General Land Office (“GLO”) seeks a highly skilled contractor for coastal construction services to add 5,510 cubic yards (CY) of beach fill along approximately 1,300 linear feet (LF) of rock breakwater living shoreline on the northern shore at the Indian Point Pier southwest of Portland, Texas on HWY 181.
