The contract involves the procurement of 55 units of an item designated as "INDICATOR, SIGHT, LIQUID" with the National Stock Number 6680-01-395-8507. The solicitation, issued by the Department of Defense's ASC Supplier OEM Division, specifies delivery within 165 days to New Cumberland, and incorporates detailed technical and quality requirements as outlined in the Defense Logistics Agency (DLA) Master List. Quality assurance measures include adherence to specified sampling plans based on military standards (such as MIL-STD-1916), with critical, major, and minor attributes subject to varying inspection levels and acceptance quality limits. Packaging, marking, and government identification removal requirements are also mandated, alongside inspection and acceptance protocols at the point of origin. Export control restrictions apply due to the presence of controlled technical data regulated under ITAR and EAR, requiring contractors to obtain prior authorization for any export or foreign disclosure. Access to export-controlled information is limited to contractors cleared under the U.S./Canada Joint Certification Program and who have completed mandatory training and questionnaires. The contract explicitly states no shelf life applies to the material, and item unique identification is not required per the service customer’s request. Key contract details include solicitation number SPE4A5-26-T-152C, a response deadline of May 26, 2026, and contact information for the primary point of contact at the DLA.
