Indigenous Relations Consultant

The Indigenous Relations Consultant subcontract seeks an expert to provide strategic guidance on Indigenous ownership and partnership models for prime contractors working on Ministry of Housing projects within the Métis Nation British Columbia framework. The selected consultant will be responsible for advising on Métis ownership structures and designing engagement strategies for Indigenous subcontractors and suppliers to ensure full compliance with MNBC Procurement Policy 714. Key deliverables include the development of comprehensive partnership frameworks and the production of detailed engagement reports. To qualify for this role, candidates must demonstrate proven experience facilitating Métis or Indigenous partnerships specifically within British Columbia.
