1. Description of Requirement


This solicitation is issued as a Request for Quote (RFQ) for commercial products and services prepared in accordance with RFO FAR Part 12, Acquisition of Commercial Products and Commercial Services. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and no separate written solicitation will be issued.


Solicitation W9124C-26-Q-A030 is for the delivery, installation, and removal of cardboard baler equipment for the Fort Jackson Logistics Readiness Center (LRC). The requirement includes providing two new vertical cardboard balers, performing turnkey installation, and disconnecting, de‑anchoring, rigging, and hauling away two existing Vestil balers. All items shall be new, commercial‑grade, and compliant with the specifications and salient characteristics identified in the Performance Work Statement (PWS). Vendors may propose brand‑name items or any equal product meeting or exceeding the salient characteristics.


This acquisition is a 100% Small Business Set‑Aside

3. Requirement Description & Brand Name or Equal Basis


The Government’s minimum requirements are defined in attached PWS. Vendors shall provide equipment meeting all specifications, including:
