This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial products or commercial services prepared in accordance with part 12. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation. Offers are being requested and a separate written solicitation will not be issued.
Solicitation number FA441826Q0048 is issued as a request for quotation (RFQ) for Industrial Door Maintenance and Repair Services in accordance with (IAW) the Performance Work Statement (Attach. 1). All responsible sources may submit a quotation and will be considered.
This acquisition is set-aside 100% for HUBZone small business concerns. The applicable Product Service Code is J038 and NAICS code is 811310 for this acquisition with a small business size standard of $12.5 million.

Site Visit Information: Prior to submission of quotes, parties interested in responding
to this RFQ are highly encouraged to attend the SITE VISIT CURRENTLY
SCHEDULED FOR 19 May 2026 at 0900 EDT. No other Site Visit opportunities will
be available. Attendees are limited to two (2) personnel per firm. Registrants must
provide name, company, email, and phone number for each attendee to Contract
Specialist, SSgt Adrian Martell at adrian.martell@us.af.mil no later than 12 May
2026 by 1230 EDT. After initial registration, registered attendees will receive a
request to provide additional information to process base passes. Registered
attendees who do not provide the required data/form will not be permitted to join the
site visit.
Request for Information (RFI): Questions received, in writing, and subsequent
answers will be posted to SAM.gov. Offerors are encouraged to submit in writing all
questions and request for clarifications no later than 1400 EDT, 21 May 2026. The
decision whether to respond to questions and requests for clarification made after
1400 EDT, 21 May 2026 shall be at the sole discretion of the Contracting Officer.
Failure of a prospective offeror to submit any questions will be construed to mean
that the prospective offeror fully understands all requirements of the solicitation.
