PRE-SOLICITATION NOTICE


The USPFO for Arkansas intends to issue a solicitation to secure non-personal services for comprehensive Industrial Hygiene (IH) Surveys across six (6) key maintenance and support facilities operated by the Arkansas Army National Guard (ARNG).


The contractor shall provide all personnel, equipment, tools, materials, supervision, and quality control necessary to anticipate, recognize, evaluate, and recommend controls for potential physical, chemical, and biological health hazards associated with operational and industrial processes performed at the specified facilities.


Included Facilities:


All six target facilities are located within the Camp Joseph T. Robinson complex in North Little Rock, Arkansas:


  1. Army Aviation Support Facility (AASF)
  2. Combined Support Maintenance Shop 1 (CSMS 1)
  3. Regional Training Institute (RTI) Motor Pool
  4. Ammunition Supply Point (ASP)
  5. Marksmanship Training Unit (MTU)
  6. United States Property and Fiscal Office (USPFO) Maintenance Garage/Warehouse

This notice meets the requirements of RFO 12.201-1 Simplified procedures, paragraph (c)(2)(i) in order to solicit quotations directly from suppliers. Vendors may contact the POCs in this pre-solicitation notice to identify interest, but there is no guarantee that all interested vendors will be selected to receive the RFQ when issued.


The solicitation is anticipated to be issued directly to suppliers on/around 26 August 2026. A Lowest Priced, Technically Acceptable (LPTA) evaluation is being considered, with an anticipated award date on / around 27 August 2026.
