Industry Day - Mobility Air Force Distributed Mission Operations (MAF DMO)

This announcement should not be construed as a Request for Proposal (RFP) or a commitment by the U.S. Government. The U.S. Government does not intend to award a contract on the basis of this Industry Day. The Government will not be liable for payment of any expenses incurred as a result of attending this Industry Day. Mobility Air Forces Distributed Mission Operations (MAF DMO) will conduct an Industry Day on 17 December 2020 via Microsoft CVR Teams. The purpose of this Industry day is to provide information to the MAF DMO team regarding the upcoming solicitation for the MAF DMO program. The MAF DMO program mission is to train in a secure, realistic networked environment while reducing risk and operating cost. MAF DMO capabilities will enable Live, Virtual and Constructive participation in a wide range of MAF, USAF, Joint and Combined Exercises. Airdrop, Formation, Threat Response and Air Refueling are key mission sets for MAF DMO. The Industry Day will be unclassified. This Industry Day follows a previously released Request for Information (RFI) FA8621-20-R-0031. The Industry Day will be a one (1) day event and will begin at 0800 hrs Eastern Standard Time (EST) on 17 December 2020. The one (1) day event will consist of a program overview and a question and answer session. Industry is highly encouraged to ask questions during the Industry Day open discussion period. Each company participating will be limited to a maximum of three (3) Industry day attendees. Attendance is limited to U.S. Department of Defense contractors. Attendees must be U.S. Citizens. It is recommended that all non-U.S. companies utilize U.S. citizen representatives. Industry partners interested in attending the Industry Day must submit an email with the subject line: - Attend MAF DMO Industry Day 17 December 2020 to the administrative POC, Mr. Stephen McGuire, email: Stephen.McGuire.5@us.af.mil no later than 1600 hrs EST on 3 December 2020. Please feel free to submit any comments or questions before the event. Reservations are available on a first-come, first-served basis or until capacity for the Microsoft CVR Teams platform has been met. MAF DMO will not accommodate any reservations that come in after the above stated date and time. Each attendee's registration email should contain the following: Company name, CAGE code, Business unit, and address Business type - Identify as Large business, Small business or any other Socioeconomic type business Primary point of contact name, phone number and email List of attendees - provide full legal name and confirm U.S. Citizenship for each attendee A confirmation of registration for the event will be provided by email. Please note, telephone inquiries will not be accepted. Directions and further Industry Day information will be provided to attendees as it becomes available. There will be no registration fee for the MAF DMO Industry Day.
