This notice is for information purposes only and does not constitute a solicitation, request for quote, or binding contract, and no funds have been authorized or appropriated for the effort at this time. Interested respondents must submit their responses in Microsoft Word or PDF format to the designated points of contact by October 29, 2026, at 12:00 p.m. Eastern Time, with questions due by October 15, 2026. The government is utilizing this RFI to determine the most effective acquisition strategy, including potential small business set-asides and the most appropriate contract structure, such as firm-fixed-price, managed services, or Data-as-a-Service.
