National Archives and Records Administration (NARA) Synopsis: NARA Information Technology And Telecommunication Support Services RFQ # NAMA-14-Q-0012 The National Archives and Records Administration, headquartered in College Park, Maryland, intends to solicit for Information Technology and Telecommunications Support Services (NITTSS). It is anticipated that the solicitation will be issued on or about December 18, 2013. The selected Vendor(s) will provide all labor and supervision necessary to provide Operations and Maintenance (O&M) support for the National Archives' Information Technology Infrastructure in accordance with the Performance Work Statement (PWS), to include but not limited to, Help Desk Support, Telecommunications Support, Blackberry Support, Intranet and Internet Support, Hardware and Software Management and Support, Asset Management, Change Management, and Support for Infrastructure Change Request. The Task Order resulting from the solicitation will be a Firm-Fixed Price (FFP) Task Order with a base period of 12-months. The Task Order will additionally include four (4) 12-month Option Periods. The anticipated Base Performance Period is June 1, 2014 through May 31, 2015. It is anticipated that support will be provided by the Vendor at the National Archives, Archive II facility located at 8601 Adelphi Rd, College Park, MD 20740. The Vendor will have the additional responsibility of supporting NARA's facilities dispersed throughout the United States, including Presidential Libraries and Regional Record Centers. The requirement will be solicited under Task Area 5 of the National Institutes of Health's, CIO-SP3 Small Business Government-Wide Acquisition Contract (GWAC). A Vendor will be selected on a "Best Value" basis. All future notices concerning this requirement (NAMA-14-Q-0012) will be posted and available for viewing on the CIO-SP3 website (http://nitaac.nih.gov) (Exception: changes to this Synopsis will be posted at www.fbo.gov). It is the responsibility of the interested parties to review this site frequently for the posting of any updates/amendments to the solicitation. All prospective Offerors interested in submitting proposals must have or team with a current CIO-SP3 Small Business, Task Area 5 Contract Holder.
