NOTICE OF PROPOSED CONTRACT ACTION for RFQ A16156 The Department of the Treasury, Municipal Markets has a need for a vendor to provide online access for two users to information that specializes in comprehensive coverage of the municipal cash, derivatives and U.S. Treasury markets. The information provided must also encompass yield curves, daily market commentary, and technical/historical analysis of the domestic U.S. municipal markets and U.S. Treasury markets. Finally, the information provided must cover tax-exempt data and analysis, interactive data pricing, and real time secondary market data. This information will be accessed via online and will be available 24 hours a day; 7 days a week from September 23, 2016 to September 22, 2017. Technical data will not be furnished as part of the solicitation. The Contracting Officer for this requirement will be Mark Green, 703-336-4052, Mark.Green2@irs.gov. The Contract Specialist for this requirement will be Michael Momb, 240-613-5100, Michael.j.Momb@irs.gov. All responsible sources may submit a proposal which shall be considered by the agency. As a result of the Market Research conducted, the government intends to sole source this requirement to Thomson Reuters (Markets) LLC under the authority of FAR 6.302-1.
